The range of content of the HR practice projects is diverse and can include topics such as personnel selection, personnel development, personnel retention or employer branding. The specific content is determined in consultation with the practice partners. It focuses on current issues and perspectives relating to strategic leadership in an increasingly complex world. <\/p>\n<p>Strategic leadership means actively shaping the sustainable development of an organization\u2014through orientation, vision, and value-based action. Strategic leaders set the tone, promote creative solutions to complex challenges, and effectively implement strategies. Last but not least, it is about winning people over and inspiring them to support strategic initiatives.<br \/>In this course, we examine key challenges of strategic leadership at the individual, team, and organizational levels. The focus is on the question of how individuals, groups and structures within organizations influence behaviour in the workplace &#8211; with the aim of using this knowledge to increase organizational effectiveness. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"571\" data-end=\"1050\">The colloquium offers participants a platform to actively discuss, critically reflect on and further develop their own research work in the field of OB and related disciplines.
