The prerequisite for the Big Five remains that the heads are professionally active and influence the development of the HR community through their current activities.  <\/p><p>Heike Bruch, Professor of Leadership at the University of St.Gallen and Director of the Institute for Leadership and Human Resource Management, has been listed a total of eleven times. The professor at the University of St.Gallen has made a name for herself in the field of organizational energy and has developed models for how better leadership and culture can make companies more successful.
