He began doctoral studies in psychology at the University of Innsbruck and, in parallel, in the field of economics \u2013 entrepreneurship and management \u2013 at the University of Liechtenstein. He gained extensive teaching experience as a tutor, teaching assistant, and lecturer at various universities in the areas of Organizational Behavior, Leadership, HRM, Entrepreneurship, as well as in quantitative and mixed-methods research methods.  <\/span><\/p><p><span data-teams=\"true\"> His research interests lie in the areas of Organizational Behavior and leadership \u2013 particularly charismatic and digital leadership, emotional communication, affect, and self-leadership. <\/span><\/p><p><span dir=\"ltr\">Simon Liegl has already been working as a postdoctoral researcher at IFPM-HSG since January 2025.
