Dr. Rolf Wunderer, both outstanding university HR researchers, are among the 50 HR thought leaders honored by Personalwirtschaft in its anniversary year. Congratulations!<\/p>\n<p>We also congratulate the 48 other pioneers whose innovative work has sustainably influenced the HR industry. In the current article by Personalwirtschaft, you can read who these HR thought leaders are.<\/p>\n<p>Since the 1970s, the theory of human resource management has developed as an indispensable part of business administration, with strong impulses from adjacent fields such as organizational theory and economic psychology. Heike Bruch&#8217;s research interests include energy and speed in organizations, inspiring leadership, New Work Transformation, healthy high performance, and the self-leadership of executives.
