Slaying the \ud83d\udc09 dragon oder winning the \ud83d\udc51 princess?<\/strong><\/p>

With this question, Heike Bruch introduced the topic of Organizational Energy \u2013 and laid the foundation for an inspiring seminar on effective leadership.<\/p>

Hendrik H\u00fcttermann deepened key principles of Transactional and Transformational Leadership \u2013 with stimulating discussions and strong practical relevance.<\/p>

A special highlight was the guest contribution from Beat Sigrist, Head of HR at the Franke Group. With his report on his company\u2019s transformation process, he offered participants authentic insights into current leadership challenges and practical approaches to solutions.<\/p>

The participants themselves also played an active role: in live cases, they reflected on concrete challenges from their daily leadership practice, discussed them with peers, and benefited from the group\u2019s broad pool of experience.<\/p>

In addition to the professional exchange, networking and shared experiences were also part of the program: a guided tour of St.Gallen and a joint dinner rounded off the seminar in a pleasant atmosphere.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
