The crucial question, however, is: <strong>How do organizations deal with it?<\/strong> <\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">In our current article in <em>personalmagazin<\/em>, Heike Bruch and Marvin Neu show why some companies fall into a negative spiral under pressure, while others build energy, focus, and performance precisely during challenging times.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Our analyses show two fundamental patterns:<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\u27a1 <strong>High-Pressure companies<\/strong> pass pressure inwards.<br\/>\u27a1 <strong>High-Energy companies<\/strong> translate pressure into positive energy.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">During the pandemic, the proportion of High-Energy companies initially increased. Shared focus, greater personal responsibility, and flexible collaboration unleashed new forces. Since 2023, however, we have observed a clear development towards High Pressure.  <\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The difference is clear:<\/p><ul><li class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>High Pressure<\/strong> leads to exhaustion, negative energy, and pressure-amplifying leadership, cultural, and work systems.<\/li><li class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>High Energy<\/strong> creates inspiration, meaning, trust, and effective work systems.<\/li><\/ul><p> <\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">How can companies become High-Energy organizations?
