Prof. Dr. Nils Fürstenberg
Nils Fürstenberg is Associate Professor for Organizational Culture, Leadership, and Collaboration at the Institute of Leadership and Human Resource Management at the University of St.Gallen. His research aims to decode the complexities of leadership, organizational paradoxes, and team dynamics, with an eye towards enhancing employee well-being.
Dr. Sophie Klüser
Sophie Klüser works as a postdoctoral researcher and lecturer at the Institute for Leadership and Human Resource Management at the University of St.Gallen. Her interests and research focuses are in the field of “Leveraging Paradoxes in Companies Successfully”, new forms of work and leadership, as well as the influence of modern technologies on employees and executives.
