3-day Leadership training in st.gallen (ch): Lead energetically, maintain focus
«Leaders are born, not made», right? During the past 3 days, Sophie Klüser and Nils Fürstenberg of the IFPM – Institute for Leadership and Human Resource Management did not only discuss this statement with the participants of our leadership seminar, but provided them with proven techniques to enhance the personal impact of leaders. We explored how to effectively energize the organization, lead teams with purpose and inspiration, and finally how to lead oneself.
