To kick off the semester, the IFPM team welcomed a new cohort of students to the Bachelor’s course «Leadership & HRM» (English). In the coming weeks, these students will intensively engage with questions of modern leadership and human resource management.
Focus on Leadership, Culture, and Transformation
The course focuses on central challenges of a working world increasingly shaped by digital transformation and hybrid collaboration. Topics such as leadership, corporate culture, and the transformation of work form the core content of the lecture. The aim is to combine theoretical foundations with practical insights and encourage students to critically reflect on how leadership sustainably shapes organizations.
Strong Team from Academia and Practice
The course is led by Prof. Dr. Heike Bruch and Prof. Dr. Nils Fürstenberg. Together with the entire IFPM team, they foster an interactive and inspiring exchange in the lecture hall.
The academic experts around Heike Bruch and the experienced practitioners have a clear ambition: to empower students to take responsibility and achieve real impact in a rapidly changing working world. The lecture is supported by experienced tutors Dr. Frederik Hesse, Dr. Dirk Kleine, and Dr. Sophie Klüser.
Renowned guest speakers such as Stefan Nolte, Beat Sigrist, Patrick Fruth, Frauke von Polier, Julie Muggli, and Dr. Dirk Kleine also provide special practical impulses. They will enrich the curriculum with real-world experiences from companies and organizations.
Outlook on an Inspiring Semester
With this successful start, the IFPM team looks forward to the coming weeks with anticipation. The aspiration: a semester full of inspiration, intensive discussions, and practical insights – and a new generation of leaders who take responsibility and actively shape change.
