This edition of the Pioneering Exchange was hosted by our team from the University of St.Gallen (HSG), shining a spotlight on the theme “Creating a Humanized New World of Work.”
The agenda included presentations by Heike Bruch on “Polycrisis, Energy, and Desire to Work – an Empirical Perspective” and by Lena Rudolf on “Shared Ambidextrous Leadership”. This was complemented by a practical insight from Michael Hilti and Sabine Krauss, sharing their experiences from almost three decades of Culture Journey at the Hilti Group.
