We are very pleased that Nils Fürstenberg has taken on the role of Vice Director at IFPM. In this key position, he will significantly advance the institute’s research strategy and external presence.
Nils Fürstenberg completed his doctorate at the Chair of Organization and Human Resources Management at ESCP Business School in Berlin and has been working as an Assistant Professor for Organizational Culture, Leadership and Collaboration at our institute since 2022.
In his research, Dr. Nils Fürstenberg primarily focuses on leadership, engagement, and well-being,
dealing with complexity and uncertainty, and New Work.
