Prof. Dr. Heike Bruch and Mara Jordan from IFPM investigated the influence of ecological and social factors in companies as part of this year’s representative TOP JOB Trend Study. The results show that sustainable leadership and a strong diversity climate contribute to increasing employee satisfaction and corporate success.
