A special highlight was the guest contribution from Beat Sigrist, Head of HR at the Franke Group. With his report on his company’s transformation process, he offered participants authentic insights into current leadership challenges and practical approaches to solutions.
The participants themselves also played an active role: in live cases, they reflected on concrete challenges from their daily leadership practice, discussed them with peers, and benefited from the group’s broad pool of experience.
In addition to the professional exchange, networking and shared experiences were also part of the program: a guided tour of St.Gallen and a joint dinner rounded off the seminar in a pleasant atmosphere.
