Inspiring dialogue, fresh perspectives on the future of work, and a special moment of gratitude: in mid-May, the IFPM Advisory Board convened for its annual meeting.
The focus was on current developments and projects at IFPM, as well as in-depth discussion of key questions from corporate practice. Two new board members also joined: Frauke von Polier and Martin Seiler. All Advisory Board members enrich the shared dialogue on leadership, transformation and the future of work with their experience and perspectives from academia and practice.
The gathering was also special because it was the last Advisory Board meeting with Günter Müller-Stewens. We would like to thank him sincerely for his many years of constructive and dedicated contribution—first on the Executive Committee and later on the IFPM Advisory Board. His expertise and close ties to the Institute have shaped our work over many years.
We would like to thank all members of the Advisory Board for the open exchange, the valuable food for thought, and the joint further development of forward-looking leadership topics.
